What is a glow session?
A Glow Session is a deep, raw, heart to heart conversation. Through conversation you will gain clarity on who you are and what feels right for you. Tough questions may be asked but remember the more you allow yourselves to be honest and challenged, the more progress will be made. Truth is sometimes uncomfortable and hard to hear, but essential. Glow sessions are a safe space where you can open up and talk honestly. Together, you’ll dive deep to really get to the roots of why you have your current negative thought patterns and what you can do to change them. Michelle will listen for many things such as what motivates, sparks joy, and excites you. She will communicate with you as needed and will listen without judgement, but the main focus will be on your goals. Michelle will strengthen and inspire you. She’ll celebrate your wins with you, help you see your true worth and overcome self-doubt.
